Tell you why your opinion is wrong? Using another opinion ? Nah
for me it did the things i dont find to often with games.
It looked good, it didnt let me just walk through everything using a few skills and weapons to either get past or defeat an enemy.
Even after i shut it off, there was still this desire to want to get more time to continue on. Joel , and ellie were character i got to know ,and just enjoy playing as. Just because something can be predictable, never means it compromising the story.
Best game of last gen is debatable. But it would be crazy not to see The Last of Us within most top tens who have played it in full.

Somehow you guessed the ending which sticks because I was ready for the cliche ending. That made it legendary for me

I've literally been punching my way throw this game. Becuase I'm not the conservative ammo type.

You can still punch through the game and not be some conservative ammo type. There are other weapons to build , and just can be more fun when you take your time. Not go guns ablazing

I completed the game last night and have changed my rating of it to a 7.5/10. The ending is lacking and some of it feels rushed for the sake of conflict.

This game was a solid 9 out of 10 for me. I was so immersed in the game play and story line that nothing else existed while I played it. Can't really say anything close to that about another game since Uncharted 3. The ending to me is perfect because I was drained after playing through it in two sittings. Sets up the sequel quite nicely. Best game last gen? Debatable. Easy top 3 on any list.

This and uncharted 2 contrast really well though just two completely different tones. I was blown away buy this game but did anyone else feel it was almost too digressing to play to long for 1 sitting at a time. Just like the world and story and all get exhausting like binge watching the walking dead
